These are our foundations. This is what our ideology is based on. This is what we believe in, what we live by!

A Non-Political Political Party

That's right, you heard it. We're a non-political political party.

What does that mean?

It means we're not bogged down in the same old political games. We're focused on real change, on empowering the people, and on disrupting the status quo. The Narco-Stalinist Party is about action, not empty promises.

"Powder to the People! Accept the Line of the Party!" - is more than just a slogan; it's our mission.

Do you have a leader? Who is in charge?

The Narco-Stalinists have no leader!
All Narco-Stalinists are equal in their rights!
But we have different roles that a Narco-Stalinist can take on voluntarily or obtain through 100% consensus:

  • Addictator - is the general provider of the Line of the Party.
    Addictator is elected by 100% Consensus.
    The Narco-Stalinists may elect another Addictator at any time, or elect several Addictators.
    Each Narco-Stalinist group may elect their own Addictators or utilize the services of Addictors from other groups.
    The main parameters for electing an Addictator are the quality, quantity and cost of providing Line.
    The best Addictator will provide the Line of the best quality, biggest quantity and for lowest cost. 

  • AdDJ - those who mixing tracks for Narco-Stalinists.
    To become an AdDJ - is a responsibility that any Narco-Stalinist can take.
    Responsible AdDJ knows personal track-preferences of each Narco-Stalinist in group, and will mix tracks of different lengths (short or long) and consisting of different Lines, specifically for the individual needs of each of the Narco-Stalinists.

  • Outliner - A Narco-Stalinist who wholeheartedly accepts the Line of the Party, but was forced to decline the Line to consciously go to the Gulag to produce powder for people.
    Outliners are the most responsible of the responsible Narco-Stalinists, willing to sacrifice their personal needs in the interests of collective.

Whera are you located? Do you have a headquarters or main office?

The Party is where we are!

We accept the Line of the Party at home and on the street, in social centers and underground techno, in offices and shops, at film screenings and demonstrations, in bars and restrooms...

We are everywhere!

What if everyone will accept the Line of the Party? Who will produce powder for people?

In case, when everyone accepts the Line of the Party, the most responsible Narco-Stalinist will tell: "Comrades, you know me! With all my heart and soul I accept the Line of the Party, and we were accepting the Line of the Party together so many times! But now, when I understand that tomorrow we will wake up, and there is no powder for my comrades... No, I do not wish such a fate nor to my friends, nor to my enemies... Today I decline the Line of the Party, to go to Gulag, to produce powder to the people!" (We call such responsible Narco-Stalinists - Outliners)

After the Outliner returns from the Gulag, other Outliners will take its place, who will then be replaced by other Outliners... In other words, the powder for people will be produced by a line of Outliners.

So, the Gulag even doesn't need guards, because people will go to the Gulag by their own wish.

Is there any career advancement in the Narco-Stalinist Party?
  1. Firstly, those Narco-Stalinists who responsibly accept the Line of the Party are awarded the title of Responsible Narco-Stalinist.
    A Responsible Narco-Stalinist will always be a welcome guest in any corner of the world where the Line of the Party is being provided.
    Free place to sleep, free food to eat, free entarence to any event... A Responsible Narco-Stalinist is always and everywhere a welcome guest!

  2. A Responsible Narco-Stalinist who provides the Line of the Party more effectively than other Narco-Stalinists is awarded the Golden Nose medal.
    The Golden Nose is a symbol of incredible enthusiasm in providing the Line of the Party, and such a Narco-Stalinist can count on support at all levels from other Narco-Stalinists, including financial support.

  3. If a Narco-Stalinist puts the interests of the people above own interests and goes to the Gulag to produce powder for people, such a Narco-Stalinist will receive a 1% badge.
    Songs are written about such Narco-Stalinists! They are known by name! Their exploits are extolled!

  4. When the Narco-Stalinist Party will take the Powder, everybody will get Artificial Nose under control of Artificial Intelligence.
    And then nothing will be able to stop the accepting of the Line of the Party!
